1. Purpose
The detailed general sales conditions in the articles below apply to all orders placed on the website www.cosygallery.fr, hereinafter referred to as the "Website." Consequently, placing an order implies the buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of these general sales conditions. These general sales conditions are accessible at any time on the website and allow any buyer to be aware of them when placing an order. Therefore, placing an order implies the buyer's unconditional adherence to these general sales conditions. www.cosygallery.fr reserves the right to adapt or modify these general sales conditions at any time. In case of modification, the general sales conditions in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
2. Products
The products for sale on the website www.cosygallery.fr are described on the site. The products are accompanied by product descriptions and photos aimed at presenting the products as accurately as possible. However, they have no contractual value, and therefore, the responsibility of www.cosygallery.fr cannot be engaged if differences are observed.
3. Prices
The prices of the products on the website are indicated in euros (€) and including VAT (all taxes included), excluding participation in shipping and handling costs (see article 7). The displayed prices include the applicable VAT rate on the day of the order. www.cosygallery.fr may modify its prices at any time but commits to invoicing the products based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration, subject to availability on that date and effective payment. The products remain the property of www.cosygallery.fr until the full payment of the price is received. We recommend keeping your invoice in case of any claims.
4. Order
4.1 Order Methods
www.cosygallery.fr offers its customers three order methods:
- Online, on the website www.cosygallery.fr
- By phone at the number mentioned on the site (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00), payment by check.
- By mail, by printing and completing an order form, attaching the corresponding payment check to the following address:
CosyGallery, Order Service, 12 rue du Sergent Maginot 59700 Marcq-en-Barœul. Mail orders must be dated and signed. In the case of mail orders made within the framework of a limited-time promotion, the postmark will determine the price. The information provided by the buyer during the order is binding.
In the case of errors or partially filled information, www.cosygallery.fr cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver within the specified timeframes.
4.2 Validation
After the order process, validating indicates the complete acceptance of the order and these general sales conditions, without any reservation. Once the order is validated, www.cosygallery.fr acknowledges receipt of the orders upon registration and undertakes to honor them within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of the product, www.cosygallery.fr undertakes to inform the customer and propose a replacement solution that the customer can accept or refuse.
4.3 Cancellation and Modification
Any request for cancellation or modification of an order before its shipment is only possible with the express agreement of customer service (by phone or email = contact@cosygallery.fr). The right of return applies to all products that are not susceptible to rapid deterioration. To exercise this right and in accordance with articles L.121-20, L.121-20-1, and L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, please contact the Customer Service beforehand to validate the return address for your items; then return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them to the address provided by Customer Service.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, unopened, undamaged, unmarked, unsullied... (including the product's packaging) with the original purchase invoice. Otherwise, the product will be returned at your expense.
Within 15 days of receiving the returned products, you will receive a refund by check or bank transfer (according to your initial payment method) equivalent to the amount of the purchased products and the incurred shipping costs (upon presentation of a payment receipt sent to customer service). You can also choose to keep the amount of your order as credit upon request to Customer Service.
Availability:
To better serve our customers, all products for sale are stocked in our warehouses. Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. In case of stock shortage on one or more items in your order, www.cosygallery.fr undertakes to notify the customer by email, mail, or phone as soon as possible, to propose other products as a replacement, and if necessary, to refund the customer by credit to their bank account or by check no later than thirty days from the payment of the amounts paid by the customer.
Reservation:
www.cosygallery.fr reserves the right to cancel any order for which payment by check has not been received after one week. www.cosygallery.fr also reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order. In any remaining dispute, www.cosygallery.fr may review with the customer the conditions for processing a new order.
5. Payment
The payment methods accepted by www.cosygallery.fr are as follows:

* By bank or postal check
By bank or postal check made out to CosyGallery for the TTC amount of the order (including shipping costs) on the back of which the name and order number will be noted. The check will be accompanied by the order form and both sent to:

www.cosygallery.fr reserves the right to limit the amounts of checks. The order is shipped after the check is cashed. www.cosygallery.fr keeps orders pending payment by bank check for 1 week. After this period, the order will be canceled. If the customer's selected payment method fails, especially due to insufficient bank account balance or incorrect banking information, the Customer is responsible for all costs incurred by the intervention of a third party to resolve the payment.
6. Payment Security
6.1 Secure Banking Transactions
On the site: the transaction is secured through the Bank's payment system: SSL (Secure Socket Layer). When you enter your bank details, you are directly connected to the payment server of the Caisse d'Epargne Bank
in encrypted mode (secure mode). We do not collect or store any payment data.
6.2 3D Secure Payment (Secure 3D)
To ensure the security of your payments, www.cosygallery.fr uses the 3D Secure system. This system, developed by international card companies, Visa and Mastercard, has become the standard for secure electronic commerce transactions. You will need to enter a code received by SMS or email to confirm your identity when making your payment. This code is sent by your bank to the phone number or email address you have provided. 7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Shipping
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form, within the agreed timeframe. Delivery is made by La Poste or any other carrier. The choice of carrier is made by www.cosygallery.fr when validating the order. The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and destination of the package. They are communicated to the customer before the final validation of the order. www.cosygallery.fr reserves the right to use all means it deems necessary to ensure the delivery of the customer's order. www.cosygallery.fr cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect contact details provided by the customer.
7.2 Delivery Times
The delivery times announced on the site are indicative and correspond to the average processing and delivery times. www.cosygallery.fr undertakes to process the order within a maximum of 10 working days from the day following the registration of the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, the availability of products, and the carrier's constraints. In case of a delay in the processing of the order or if the product is unavailable, www.cosygallery.fr undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible. In the event of a delay in delivery exceeding 30 days from the date of order registration, the customer may cancel their order by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. In this case, the customer will be refunded within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
7.3 Delivery Problems
The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt. If the package is damaged, the customer must refuse the delivery and notify www.cosygallery.fr within 48 hours. www.cosygallery.fr will then arrange for a new shipment at no additional cost. If the customer accepts the damaged package without reservations, no claim will be accepted later.
7.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery destination. They are indicated before the customer validates the order. Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage.

9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of return costs. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform www.cosygallery.fr of their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, letter sent by post, fax, or email) before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The customer can use the withdrawal form template attached to these general sales conditions, but this is not mandatory. In case of withdrawal, www.cosygallery.fr will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by www.cosygallery.fr) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which www.cosygallery.fr is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw. www.cosygallery.fr will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to a different means. In any case, this refund will not incur any costs for the customer.
10. Return Procedure
To return an item, the customer must contact Customer Service by email (contact@cosygallery.fr) or by phone at the number mentioned on the site (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00) to obtain the return procedure. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return must be made within 14 days of informing www.cosygallery.fr of the decision to withdraw. The returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unopened, undamaged, unmarked, unsullied... (including the product's packaging) with the original purchase invoice. Otherwise, the product will be returned at the customer's expense. Within 15 days of receiving the returned products, the customer will receive a refund by check or bank transfer (according to the initial payment method) equivalent to the amount of the purchased products and the incurred shipping costs (upon presentation of a payment receipt sent to Customer Service). The customer can also choose to keep the amount of their order as credit upon request to Customer Service.
11. Legal Guarantees
All products sold on the site are subject to the legal guarantee provided by articles L. 211-4 to L. 211-14 of the Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the Civil Code. These guarantees allow the customer to return defective or non-compliant products delivered. The customer can choose between repairing or replacing the product, subject to the cost conditions provided by Article L. 211-9 of the Consumer Code. The legal guarantee of conformity applies regardless of the commercial guarantee that may be granted. The customer may decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the item sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In this case, the customer can choose between canceling the sale or reducing the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.
12. Responsibility
www.cosygallery.fr cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible, which could result from the improper use of the products sold. Similarly, www.cosygallery.fr cannot be held liable for the unavailability of the site due to technical problems beyond its control (force majeure, technical problems of the host provider, etc.).
13. Intellectual Property
All the elements of the www.cosygallery.fr site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of www.cosygallery.fr. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use in any way, even partially, elements of the site, whether in the form of photos, logos, visual or text.
14. Personal Data

The customer acknowledges having received, before placing their order and concluding the contract, in a clear and understandable manner, these General Conditions of Sale and all the information and details referred to in Articles L. 111-1 to L. 111-7 of the Consumer Code, and in particular:
The essential characteristics of the goods;
The price of the goods and related costs;
The date or period at which www.cosygallery.fr undertakes to deliver the goods;
Information relating to www.cosygallery.fr's identity, postal, telephone and electronic contact details, and its activities, if not apparent from the context;
Information relating to legal and contractual guarantees and their implementation methods;
The possibility of resorting to conventional mediation in the event of a dispute.
17. Modification of the General Conditions of Sale
www.cosygallery.fr reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time. However, the General Conditions of Sale applicable to the order placed by the customer are those accepted by the customer at the time of placing the order.
18. Language
The language of these General Conditions of Sale is French. If they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text will prevail in the event of a dispute.
19. Client Reviews
Customers have the possibility to leave reviews on the site. www.cosygallery.fr reserves the right to use the reviews collected, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes. However, www.cosygallery.fr undertakes not to modify the reviews or use them in a way that would harm the customer.
