Packages are shipped by the carrier of your choice, generally within 5-6 working days. Please specify if you would like a shorter deadline.

The only delivery option from spring 2020 is Chronopost Delivered to your home

Your package will be delivered to you in person. In your absence, it will be made available to you at the nearest post office. You will be informed by email 24 hours before delivery of your package (only for Metropolitan France).

The carrier will contact you by telephone to arrange an appointment. This appointment can be made from Monday to Friday, for the entire duration of the chosen day. On the agreed day, your items are delivered to your doorstep. Delivery to the floor and installation of your items are not included in this service.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.

Because we have complete confidence in the quality of our creations but we know that it is sometimes difficult to get an idea on a wall decoration website , we give you 15 days to decide .

If during this time you want to return your purchase because it does not suit you, no problem, you can follow the procedure below.

How do I return my purchase?

In order to ensure the return, receipt and reimbursement of your purchase in the best conditions and to protect against any risk of loss or damage, no returns will be accepted outside of the procedure accessible from your customer account .

Here is the procedure to follow :

1 - Log in to your customer account
2 - Click on “All my orders”
3 - Access the details of the order including the product to be returned to us
4 - If the product is eligible for a return, check the line, specify the quantity to return
5 – Specify the reason for return in the discussion box
6 - At the same time, for a faster response, we invite you to send an email to to notify your request...

7- We will contact you to define the best way to make this return, depending on the carrier chosen for the original delivery.

The CosyGallery customer relations team will provide you with a tracking number, you can then contact the service provider of your choice and return your purchase to us for a refund.

Please note, the product must be in its original packaging.
