Satisfied or refunded

We take great care in choosing products so that you enjoy them.

However, in accordance with Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 clear days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs which remain your responsibility.

You can notify us, in particular via the Contact section, of your intention to return a product to us within 15 days from the date of its receipt at your home, specifying whether this concerns the development of photos or frames or even both. We will refund your entire purchase, including the delivery costs charged.

Of course, this right of reimbursement only applies to the extent that the product is returned in perfect condition, packaged in its original packaging, complete and showing no signs of impact. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of the product, we will send you a refund of the amount of your order, the refund method will be the same as that used when paying for your order (credit card or check).
